Role Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Scholarship Academy (TSA) is a nonprofit organization, based in the Atlanta metropolitan area, that helps low-income students secure resources to pursue higher education opportunities with the least amount of debt.<\/p>\n

This is a part-time role for a Financial Aid Events & Outreach Manager based on-site at TSA’s Atlanta office, with the opportunity for occasional remote work once you\u2019re fully up to speed. You will fuel TSA\u2019s mission by planning and executing high-impact financial-aid events, prospecting new partners, and mobilizing volunteers and staff to deliver immersive event experiences.<\/p>\n

The position is perfect for an energetic event professional who excels at relationship-building and has hands-on knowledge of college access programming.<\/p>\n

Compensation<\/h3>\n

This position is a 10-month (September 2025 – July 2026) AmeriCorps service program opportunity. AmeriCorps is a federal agency for national service and volunteerism. Members serve their country by addressing critical challenges and supporting community-focused initiatives. This is a part-time opportunity and you will receive a living allowance of $1,800 per month.<\/p>\n

– Ability to clear state and federal background check and fingerprint screening<\/p>\n

– Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to navigate in and around greater Atlanta<\/p>\n

  • Scope event requirements, draft run-of-show, coordinate material orders and printing, and plan event space layout.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Align internal subject-matter experts and support staff for event support.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Schedule and facilitate prep sessions.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Manage day-of-event execution.<\/li>\n
        • Track event budgets and reconcile expenses.
